Made-to-Order Products
All products in our store are made to order and printed on demand. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind.
Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will replace it at no cost to you. To request a replacement, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong product, please contact us and we will ship the correct item immediately.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, before production begins.
Refunds
Once a replacement or refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
